Gabby is an award-winning architect, project manager, and education specialist at Perkins Eastman in Austin. A Senior Associate focused on K–12 education, she has led more than $1.3 billion in school and civic projects nationwide. Her honors include the AIA National Young Architects Award and recognition from industry and business organizations. Gabby serves in national leadership roles with NCARB, ICC, AIA, and NOMA, advocating for licensure access and inclusive pathways. She also co-founded the Bermea-Hernandez Scholarship, supporting underrepresented AEC students through funding and mentorship, and shares career tools and insights for emerging professionals.
